Our founder, Tiffany Green, was once an overworked and under-resourced school counselor and therapist. Without the tools or support she needed, she created the very solution that helped her love her job again. Counselors are the guiding stars for students as they work toward their goals, but too often, they aren't equipped to serve effectively.

Tiffany also knew what it was like to be an underserved student. That’s why Uprooted Academy was founded—to ensure no counselor or student is left without the support they need to help every student discover the future they deserve.

We’re dedicated to serving the students. As a non-profit, our mission isn't about revenue. It's about ensuring EVERY student, especially students of color, receives the support they need to achieve economic mobility. When your students succeed, we all succeed.
