1. What is the application platform and how can it help me?
Our platform is designed to help you streamline the college application process. Once you have a list of schools you're interested in, our platform provides expert guidance to help you stand out in the admissions process.


2. When should I purchase the full course?
We release a new course each January for juniors, but you can purchase it anytime and have access to the materials whenever you're ready to start your college application journey.


3. Can I buy the course if I graduated and took a gap year or want to transfer?
Absolutely! Our content is designed to help with any college application process, no matter what year you want to enroll.


4. How long do I have access to the course?
For the Class of 2024 course, you will have access until August 31, 2024.


5. Can I preview the content before I purchase the course?
Yes! We have a free program that includes the first four lessons of our full course plus other topics like searching for scholarships and creating a digital portfolio.


6. Can I upgrade from the free version to the paid version?
Yes, once you're in the app and feel like you need more, you can upgrade. See what we offer here.

 

7. How do I access the workbook?
You can find the workbook chapter attached to each core lesson within the app. Download the sheets on a desktop and fill them in on a tablet or laptop.


8. Do you offer any live programming?
Yes, we offer monthly opportunities to connect with us through virtual college visits, scholarship info sessions, application topics, and major/career panels.


9. I need more help, what should I do?
You can connect with us through Q&A on TikTok, reach out to your school counselor, attend our live events, or explore Matriculate for additional support.


10. I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can recover your password by clicking "forgot password" on the login screen.


11. I'm not sure I want to apply to college.
That's okay! Our first four lessons in the free program can give you an idea of what the process is like and help you decide if it's right for you.


12. How do I know which plan is right for me?
Consider your specific needs and goals when deciding between the free and paid versions of our program. See our plan comparison for more information.


13. How do I create an account on the platform?
Creating an account is easy! Simply set up a free account here.


14. Can I save my progress and come back to it later?
Yes! Your progress will be saved automatically and you can pick up right where you left off.
